Described as the largest space innovation B-to-B meeting event, it will be held in September at the European Space Research and Technology Center (ESTEC) in Industry Space Days. SEPT. 17-21 2018 ITS WORLD CONGRESS Copenhagen, Denmark This year's World Congress takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ITS Congresses represent the ultimate showcase of mobility services deployment. Every year, ERTICO organizes the ITS regional Congress or World Congress in Europe. These Congresses are the yearly celebration of smart mobility: they underline the importance of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), particularly in cities and regions where they are hosted and are important channels to raise awareness of smart mobility solutions among policy makers, experts and the general public. The 2018 ITS World Congress will attract more than 10,000 participants from more than 100 countries, and will feature more than 150 sessions, 400 exhibitors, many demonstrations and technical tours, as well as a series of associated events, social occasions and networking opportunities. SEPT. 24-28 ION GNSS+ Miami, Florida, USA ION GNSS+, the world's largest technical meeting and showcase of GNSS technology, products and services, will take place September 24-28, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Miami in Miami, Florida. This year's conference will bring together international leaders in GNSS and related positioning, navigation and timing fields to present new research, introduce new technologies, discuss current policy, demonstrate products and exchange ideas. Complimentary Short Courses Short courses will be provided on Monday on a complimentary basis to all paid registrants at ION GNSS+ with the compliments of the Satellite Division and the ION Master Instructors. ION Master Instructors are internationally recognized GNSS experts and educators. All of the ION Masters have generously donated their time and talents to this effort, as a service to the GNSS community, with the ION's gratitude. October OCT. 8-11 2018 SATELLITE INNOVATION SYMPOSIUM Mountain View, California, USA As space becomes a major topic that the mainstream media is now focusing upon, there are more eyes and dollars attuned to the "how to" monetize these market segments than ever before in the history of the satellite and space industry. With workshops on October 8 and the main conference from Oct. 9-11, Satellite Innovation 2018 features a dynamic group of more 120 speakers who will be participating in a series of panels, workshops, focused presentations and keynotes designed not only to address exciting innovations, but the market forces that will guide their implementation.
